Using the store
By using this site, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate, current information. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person’s information, or use automated tools in a way that disrupts the store.
You must be able to enter a binding purchase agreement in your location or place an order with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Orders & payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or another legitimate reason.
If payment has been captured for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method. Taxes and shipping charges are shown during checkout when applicable.

Products & availability
We work to present accurate descriptions, measurements, colors, prices, and availability. Screens, lighting, handmade details, and manufacturing batches may create reasonable variations. Product photographs are illustrative and may not show exact scale on every person.
Availability can change without notice. Care instructions and disclosed material information should be reviewed before use, especially when you have a known sensitivity.

Discounts & promotions
Promotions may have start and end dates, eligibility requirements, product exclusions, redemption limits, or minimum purchase amounts. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively.
We may correct or end a promotion affected by an obvious error, misuse, or technical problem.

The site’s photographs, product copy, graphics, logos, design, and other content belong to MiQ & Friends or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal, noncommercial browsing is welcome; commercial copying, publication, or resale requires permission.
If you submit a review or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful, and yours to share.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits warranties, remedies, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to order issues.
