Email communications & opting out

Order confirmations, shipping updates, inquiry responses, and other service-related emails provide information you requested or information needed to complete and support your purchase. Newsletters, product announcements, and promotional emails are separate, optional choices and are not required to place an order or contact us for help.

You may withdraw from newsletters or marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe option in the message or contacting us with your request. We may still send non-marketing communications needed to process or support an order, respond to you, maintain security, or meet legal obligations.

SMS communications & opting out

If you separately agree to receive SMS messages, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Consent to optional marketing SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing, submitting an inquiry, or receiving customer support.

Reply STOP to a message to opt out of that SMS messaging program. Reply HELP for help, or contact us. We may send one final message confirming an opt-out request. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy choices

Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we process your personal information and request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain information. You may also withdraw consent for future optional communications or ask about our use or disclosure of your information.

Children’s privacy

Our store is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us.
